This was the first out of two shows in Tokyo (see the 2nd night).

Even though this was an indoor show, Metallica did not use their in-the-round stage as for almost all the indoor shows on the World Magnetic Tour, but instead regular stage at the side of the floor was used.

The show was scheduled to start early - at 7:15pm.
