2 Maintain the "Ctrl" and "N" keys. Below the "Type" of consideration menu, locate "Equity" and click it, then click "Keep on." The "Add new consideration" window will open up.
3 Enter the term "Proprietor's Draw" into the "Account Name" box. If the small business is incorporated, use the term "Shareholder Distributions." Adding the description and word pieces remains optional. Depart the "Tax-Series Mapping" box empty unless you are familiar with accounting terms applied on tax returns.
4 Click "Banking" from the top menu bar. Scroll down to the "Transfer Funds" option also click it. While the "Transfer Funds" window availables, enter the details about the transfer from "Checking" to the "Draws" accounts.
5 Choose the "Checking" account from the "Transfer Funds From" box. Click the arrow and scroll down to the "Checking" consideration. Choose the "Draws" consideration with the "Exchange Funds To" box. Click the arrow, scroll down to the "Draws" consideration and click it.
6 Enter the amount of cash withdrawal into the "Transfer Amount" box. Click "Conserve & Close" to close up away the window.
