MetOnTour

MetOnTour (which is a shortened name for Metallica on Tour) is one of the official websites of Metallica. It is only active when Metallica is on tour. This is where the "MetOnTour reporter" (Jeff Yeager since 2004, Niclas Swanlund prior to 2004) is posting show reports, setlists, photos, and videos, as it happens.
To be able to access the MetOnTour website, operating at www.metontour.com, users are required to subscribe to the free Metallica's mailing list.
Launched in June 1998 when the US leg of Poor ReTouring Me tour started, the MetOnTour website has now been online for over a decade.
