This was the first Metallica show in Mexico City after more than 10 years.

The band performed 3 nights at Mexico City's Foro Sol stadium. Wayne Isham and his crew were there to film it. According to Ross Halfin, only audience was filmed on this first night; the band was filmed during the remaining two shows.
